Propertylink is a owner, manager and developer of Australian office, industrial and infrastructure assets on behalf of institutional investors, REITS, pension funds and high net worth investors. Incorporated in May 2001, the Company is completely focussed on Australian assets and services that generate a high return on investment.
At present, Propertylink has in excess of $750m of assets and projects under management including five balance sheet assets in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth, an investment mandate and office investment fund and the role as Consortium D&C Director for the design and construction of the Royal North Shore Hospital PPP in Sydney.
The combined Propertylink team has extensive experience in property investment and funds management, asset management, property development and project management and has been involved over the past 25 years in:
- Managing more than $10 billion of investment, value add and development property.
- Successfully raising and managing more than $5 billion equity for investors from Asia Pacific, North America, Europe and the Middle East for management in REITS and wholesale funds.
- Project management of more than $1 billion of construction value in the commercial, industrial and infrastructure markets.
