Propertylink operates three business units covering property and infrastructure:

Propertylink utilises its active management property execution skills (asset capital transactions, asset management, development management, project management) to acquire, manage and add value to assets held on balance sheet and in investment management products.

For the investment of balance sheet capital and investment management products, Propertylink targets office, industrial and infrastructure assets. Office and Industrial investments generally target the core-plus, value-add and opportunistic ranges of the risk return spectrum, seeking annualised returns ranging from 11% to in excess of 20%. Propertylink further seeks, wherever possible, to co-invest its capital into assets alongside it's partners and funds for a strong alignment of interest.
