Propertylink undertakes substantial physical due diligence on opportunities through internal investigation and appointment of external consultants in addition to working with leading legal advisors for the preparation and review of sale contracts and other legal documentation.
- Project management – Propertylink has a long running successful project management business which has provided services for a number of large infrastructure Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects and commercial, industrial and residential developments. These project delivery skills work closely with our deal origination and asset management personnel to complete due diligence and add value to assets.
- Asset management – Propertylink provides asset management services for all balance sheet and investment management assets. On a tailored basis, Propertylink can also provide these services to external clients. This approach will allow Propertylink to implement all value adding initiatives on the assets with a view to maximising net rental income, building amenity and in turn capital value prior to preparing an asset for sale.
Royal North Shore Hospital

Propertylink's infrastructure subsidiary "Infralink", has been engaged as the Consortium D&C Director for the design and construction works of the Royal North Shore Hospital PPP project in Sydney.
The new Royal North Shore Hospital PPP Project ($1.07 billion end value) will consolidate 53 outdated buildings on the Royal North Shore campus into purpose-built facilities that can expand to meet future healthcare needs.
The Project is well underway with the Acute Hospital forecast for completion in late 2012, not withstanding that Infralink's contract will continue until mid 2014 administering the remaining D&C works of the project (including the new multideck carpark).
